Bit Riot Records accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), bank/debit cards (As long as they have the Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover logo on the card) via PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) and our on-line store. We do not currently accept money orders (U.S. or International money orders/IMOs) or checks in U.S. funds, but plan to in the near future. Sorry, no COD payments. Do you accept foreign currency? No, we only accept money in American funds. I do not have a credit card. Can I still place an order? If you money in your paypal account you can still order from us. Otherwise, for the time being the answer is no. Is the Bit Riot Records online store secure? We understand that many consumers are concerned about Internet security. Please read the Bitriotmerch.com Privacy and Security Statement. We want you to be able to shop at BitRiotMerch.com with complete confidence. How much does shipping cost? Domestic and International shipping charges are generated automatically by our shopping cart based on the shipping option that you select. Our cart connects directly to the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service rate databases so when you order from bitriotmerch.com you can be sure you are not overpaying for shipping. Orders are guaranteed to ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) / United Parcel Service (UPS) each Saturday after payment is processed and cleared. Often time packages will ship sooner. Remember: UPS will only deliver to street addresses (No P.O. Boxes, Prisons, or Military Bases). Foreign packages shipped via any of the USPS International rates may take anywhere from 7-10 days to 2-4 weeks to arrive from the date they are shipped. Bit Riot Records is NOT responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred on your shipment. You are responsible for paying these fees if required by your countries customs agents. Do you offer insurance? All packages shipped via UPS are automatically insured. While we can't offer insurance on domestic packages shipped via the USPS, all products we ship inside the United States via the USPS will include delivery confirmation which provides us with detailed tracking. Unfortunately, we have no special option or insurance available for foreign orders at this time. Once an international order leaves the Bit Riot warehouse we can not track it, and while 99% of the time our foreign deliveries make it to their destination in a timely fashion and in good condition, please remember you are ordering at your own risk and Bit Riot will NOT be able to reimburse you for or replace any items or orders that go missing or get damaged in the international mail. How long will it take for my order to arrive? This depends on where you live. A typical order for in stock items being shipped to a U.S. address normally takes from a couple of days to two weeks often less, sometimes longer. Foreign orders will take anywhere from 7-10 days to 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) for delivery. Pre-Orders We occasionally take pre-orders for upcoming releases. When you "pre-order" an item, you are reserving an item before it is available. By reserving the item, you are guaranteed that Bit Riot Records will ship it to you immediately upon its official release. On some occasions, we are able to ship items prior to their official release; however, we can not guarantee that service. Please note that expected release dates, which are provided by the record label can be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to unforeseen problems. Items that are considered limited editions have the potential of selling out. We will fill all pre-orders for limited editions on a first-come-first-served basis. If you order multiple items along with your pre-order item, we will bill and ship the entire order when the pre-ordered item has arrived. Once a pre-order has been placed you may NOT add or subtract any items from the original order. There will no exceptions to this rule, please order with confidence. I live in a foreign country and my package hasn’t arrived yet! What can I do? Not much unfortunately. Bit Riot Records is not able to track or insure any foreign orders, so once they leave our office there is nothing we can do. Sometimes foreign orders get held up in customs, or returned to us because of address problems. Returned orders can be re-shipped, but if a foreign order does not come back to us we cannot compensate customers for lost orders. Foreign orders are at your own risk! I believe we have covered this, but once againBIT RIOT RECORDS DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST FOREIGN PACKAGES! Can I return an item if I don't like it? No can do. Here at Bit Riot Records we believe in "Buyer Beware. Meaning all sales are considered final. Defective or Mis-packed items can be exchanged for an identical or correct item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before attempting a return to receive Return Authorization. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges. What if my order is smashed or destroyed during shipping? For more details on how to return damaged items please email us at store@bitriotrecords.com. Note: Bit Riot Records will not take responsibility for damaged jewel cases where none of the other components of the CD (liner notes, CD itself or backing) are undamaged. Should you receive an otherwise undamaged item in a cracked jewel case, please do not contact us about it. Instead why not be resourceful and remove Miley Cyrus’s CD and liner notes from the one in your collection, hide it (as you should be ashamed of yourself), and then use the jewel case for your otherwise stellar Bit Riot CD. What happens if my order does not arrive or if something is missing from my order? If this happens please contact us via store@bitriotrecords.com. Please include all order details in your email. How come I can't find your albums in stores? Bit Riot Records has quality distribution. If you do not see Bit Riot titles in your local record store then ask if they would stock or special order them for you. Then let us know and we will make a call. How come a specific Bit Riot Records artist doesn't play live in my area? We don’t book in-house for our artists, they handle that. Maybe you can find the artist’s Myspace or Facebook and ask them why they dislike coming to your town, then mention you will promote for them so they will play there. Not all Bit Riot Records artists tour extensively and availability varies widely. Unless a show is very close to where a band lives, most shows take place in the context of a tour.
